Je me décrirais comme I am a single woman who enjoys reading, cooking, being on the computer, street bikes(my new passion), or anything that challenges my mind. I am finally learning to stop and smell the roses. I am a thick, beautiful and proud of it. I am not conceited but I know that "God don't make no junk." I am not materialistic nor do I believe that money makes a person. Money is nice to have but it doesn't rule the day. I am funny, smart, outgoing, and stimulating on several fronts. I can have an articulate discussion on the lyrical styles and merits of Patti LaBelle vs Beyonce. I can also discuss the socio-economic effects that September 11th will have on the youth of our community. I have no problem hanging with your homeboys at the local watering hole or your corporate cronies at some office gathering.(Yes I can kick it from urban to corporate). I'm extremely curious and love to learn as well as teach.

If your intentions are to play games, tell lies, and bring negativity to the table, I ask that you move on to the next profile. Don't mistake kindness for weakness. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. Last time I checked (30 seconds ago) I didn't have dummy written across my forehead. I read somewhere that a good woman is like a sun ripened apple. In order to be the best, juiciest, sweetest apple, you have to be at the very top of the tree where the sun can kiss you. Some men don't want to work at reaching the best apples but would rather pick from the lowest branches or retrieve the worm filled ones on the ground. Those who want the best will work for it, those who are willing to settle for anything will get just that.

Que recherchez-vous? I am in search of someone who has some kind of relationship with Christ. You dont have to be religious but you must recognize the power. Someone to laugh and joke with (In this life, you need to laugh). I am looking for someone that I can be friends with first. My ideal man is a man of strength (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically). A man who can be self confident in who he is and who he is in my life.
