  • Me describiría a mi mismo como I am a fun loving man who likes to laugh and enjoy life, in spite of the ups and downs. In my day to day living, I strive to maintain a sense of peace, harmony and balance in my heart, mind, body and soul. This, of course, is not easy, and I do have my days, but I try my best. I guess the one phrase that most describes how I try to interact in the world is, 'Live and let live.' My most favorite action quote is "Carpe Diem', (Sieze the Day), because ultimately, today..this moment...is all we really have. 'Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift...that's why they call it the present", to paraphrase Eleanor Roosevelt. No sense in crying over the past, or carrying a defeatist attitude when your plans don't come out the way you thought or wish they could. Get over it and move on. Learning to nuture and maintain the 'heart of a warrior', plus the acknowledgement of and submission to the endless Divine are, in my opinion, worthy goals to strive for.
