I keep my mind and body healthy with exercise and nutrition. I enjoy old-school dancing and good conversation. Traveling to areas near the water and ocean are refreshing and rejuvenating. Venturing to local shops, interesting cafes and restaurants are energizing. It�s important to find the time to relax and reflect. Good at turning it up and taking it down.
