I'm a Brooklyn girl of Caribbean descent living in Northern California who loves many kinds of music, particularly Country/Western, Latin, Classical/Opera, and various types of Christian Music. I laugh A LOT, sometimes at my own corny jokes, and I can become enamored with the tiny little, beautiful things this world has to offer. I love to sing Kareoke and dance. I like movies, hiking, Tae Bo, writing, and meditating at the beach. The sight of a motorcycle puts me in a trance, and I am revisiting my love for NASCAR.

I am self-employed and my priorities right now are growing my company and working on accomplishing my goals and reaching for my dreams. Some of the most important things to me are...my faith strong, solid, and unwavering; my undying positive attitude, my thirst and ability to see the positive in just about anything; and my Family...Past, current, and future. I love hanging out with friends and family, going out, laughing 'til my stomach hurts, trying new things; but I can also be quite a loner. I have been known to throw a bag in the car and go off for a weekend get away all by myself.

I know who I am, better than I’ve ever known before. I acknowledge may weaknesses and I walk in my own strengths. Within me, there are things to learn from and things to share with the world. I know who I am and every bit of it makes me strong. But, not too strong that I can’t allow myself to be soft and vulnerable, and as real as is required to write a statement like this about myself. Lol.

I love talking and learning about people and their lives and their experiences, and how they've grown and changed and become a better person or more knowledgable or more open or whatever. So, no matter what laughing and loving life is fun for me.

I'm looking for someone who... would not get upset if I derail the plan for the day to help a random person in need; who doesn't mind that I can carry on a conversation with strangers as though I've known them for years; who can talk through a difference of opinion with a calm, communicative nature; who could leave a disagreement understanding what we both were supposed to learn from it; who can make me laugh and gets my corny sense of humor; who enjoys exploring a little bit; would dance in the rain and not freak out about their clothes; who inspires me and challenges me to be my best; would be my soft place to fall and would allow me to be his soft place to fall.

Basically, I'm looking for the person that is looking for me. I just can't explain it anymore than that. The person that is looking for in a partner everything that I am, and in him is everything that I want.
