I Would Describe Myself As Everybody comes like they can play, but everybody shouldn't make the team. Some people just show up on the field all dressed like they should make the team. They have the best shoes and best gear, they know what to say, but you have to see how they perform under pressure as well as during a winning game and in all situations.
Too many times we give people a jersey before they have exhibited how well they can play. Then we give them a ribbon for showing up to play with a winning team. No one should get a ribbon for coming in last place. Take your time and know you have options, what's the game plan? Losing should never be a goal. Be selective and make sure you have a MVP most valuable player.
