Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als I've accomplished a lot in my career, many success and quite frankly many failures. The greatest thing about it all is that I found my ultimate passion - the thing that makes me tick and want to stay up all night and get up early if I have to in order to get it done. That's the difference between following your passion versus following a title or particular job because of the size of the paycheck. If you follow your passion, the paycheck will soon come. Trust me! My life formula is: Your Passion x a Purpose + a Platform = POWER! (TM) --Your Passion is the one thing you love to do so much, you'll sacrifice whatever you have to in order to get it. --Your Purpose is your "Why" or reason for doing it. It's your motivation. --Your Platform is the tool to help you get it. Once you've figured out your life formula you'll be well on your way to success. When I meet people during my travels at my speaking engagements they ask me "David what's the key to success?" "What's that one thing to get me to that next level?" My first answer is very simple: Read. Reading can make the biggest difference in your level success. I'm not talking about reading love stories. I'm talking about books of substance that are motivational and can be realistically applied. Find out who is the most successful person in your field of passion, and see if they have a book, website, e-zine, anything....and plug into it. Every successful person loves to tell their story so read about them and your industry. My other answer is pretty simple too (if you let it be). If you want to change the fruits of your labor, then you must change the roots. The only reason why you haven't step into your full potential (fruit) is because YOU haven't made the decision to do so (root). It's all mental. See you at the top!
